Hawaii Beckons Vacationers

Hawaii has been the port of call for the married and the
people in love - a "paradise on earth", is how people refer
to it - to spend some of their best days of their life. A
sunshine weather through and through, due to its tropical
climate, and the idyllic beaches and sands give that
perfect backdrop in which to spend those significant
moments with that significant someone in life.
The island group is scattered across a vast expanse of the
sea. Each island in the group has its own, unique, set of
attractions that compete with each other for your
attention. Each piece of land, sitting oh so beautifully on
the Pacific Ocean, has its own story to tell, and it does
so in its own style. It is quite easy to find oneself
absorbing the details of history, culture, art and craft
and the social practices followed by the natives - to carry
back home as cherished memories.
The crystal clear waters of the sea, washing the long
beaches rhythmically, leaving behind a drenched sand in its
wake, have a serenity that has to be experienced
first-hand. Hours upon hours can be spent simply watching
nature performing its most sensuous motions. No wonder
couples and honeymooners; people with love on their minds;
find Hawaii an ideal place for rest and recreation.
Honolulu stands out as a picture postcard town - with its
quaint roads and trails that hark back to a bygone era. The
town takes pride in its history, especially the Iolani
Palace, which is the only royal haunt in the whole of
U.S.A. A trip to Honolulu is a trip down history, and one
is almost transported to a different era.
The Waikiki Island has a diversity of attractions
guaranteed to take the breath away of the tourist,
especially the children. The kids especially love the rich
variety of fishes in the aquaria and the wide range of
animals and birds in the carefully maintained zoo. For the
aquatic-adventurous types, there's the Waikiki sea life
park on the south of the island.
The taste for adventure gets further whetted with these
experiences, and asks for more; and Hawaii certainly does
not disappoint! Places such as the National Park for
volcanoes, the Astronomy Center, the Pacific Tsunami museum
and the Parker Ranch - each of them focus on totally
different aspects of geography in particular, and nature in
general.
The modern-day tourist's expectations of a decent lodging
are fully met by a dynamic hospitality industry. From
starred hotels to budget accommodations, the needs of every
visitor are looked after. While doing so, care has been
taken to ensure that these amenities do nothing to disturb
the pristine view, look and feel that people come to Hawaii
for, in the first place.
Veteran surfers find the Hawaiian waters to be pure,
unbridled fun - and the sea invites even the uninitiated to
try out this water sport. On clear sky days, it is even
possible to see the bottom of the ocean with the naked eye!
Such is the clarity of water around these islands. People
live on to preserve the memories of the time they spent
here together with their loved ones!
